INVESTMENT 1 – STOCK MARKET

One of the primary benefits of investing in the stock market is the chance to grow your money. Likewise, investing in many different stocks will help build your wealth by leveraging growth in different sectors of the economy, resulting in a profit even if some of your individual stocks lose value.

BENEFIT NUMBER 1: CAPITAL APPRECIATION

Capital appreciation is a rise in an investment’s market price. Capital appreciation is the difference between the purchase price and the selling price of an investment. When the investor sells the stock, the $2 earned becomes a capital gain. There so many opportunities right here in the Philippines.

BENEFIT NUMBER 2: DIVIDENDS

dividend is the distribution of some of a company’s earnings to a class of its shareholders, as determined by the company’s board of directors. Dividends may be paid out as cash or in the form of additional stock. Many of my friends are all retired and they are enjoying dividends every year as a Passive Income; if use correctly with understanding it can be a great tool of your retirement. One example is like STOCK: SLF (SUN LIFE); this company has been giving dividend since it was listed in the PSE (Philippine Stock Market). Of cos, they many other great companies in the PSE.

BENEFIT NUMBER 3: LIQUID

The funds that you deposited to your trading account is liquid, meaning – you can withdraw anytime you want.

INVESTMENT 2: BONDS

bond is a fixed income instrument that represents a loan made by an investor to a borrower (typically corporate or governmental). Bonds are used by companies, municipalities, states, and sovereign governments to finance projects and operations. Owners of bonds are debtholders, or creditors, of the issuer.

There are many Bonds in the Philippines and you can buy them directly from the trading platform. Be cautious there are good bonds and also junk bonds with high yield – ensure you are aware before jumping in Bonds

Money market basically refers to a section of the financial market where financial instruments with high liquidity and short-term maturities are traded. It is used by the participants as a way of borrowing and lending for the short term. Again there are plenty in the trading platform

INVESTMENT 4: PRECIOUS METALS

Gold should be an important part of a diversified investment portfolio because its price increases in response to events that cause the value of paper investments, such as stocks and bonds, to decline. Although the price of gold can be volatile in the short term, it has always maintained its value over the long term. You can purchase them thru trading platform to you can go to the bank and buy directly from them.

INVESTMENT 5: REAL ESTATE

What is Passive Income Real Estate?

Passive income real estate is a strategy through which an investor can create earnings without having to be actively involved. The term “passive income” is used loosely, as the level of required activity and involvement varies based on the investment type. Some common examples include rental properties, or earnings made from investment portfolios. There are also co-operatives that invest in properties and they share the rental income together. Remember never get involved in managing property if you are not an expert. Let the expert do it and so just enjoy the passive income as part of your retirement account.

INVESTMENT 6: CORPORATIONS

Difference Between Corporation vs Incorporation. A corporation is a body or authority formed to function a business. It is a group or entity to run a particular business. Incorporation is the process that is to be followed legally to set up company corporations. There are many good corporation in the Philippines where you can actual make good passive. However, just ensure to check they corporation business model (Many corporation in the Philippines are doing micro-financing).

INVESTMENT 7: ENDOWMENT LIFE INSURANCE

An endowment policy is essentially a life insurance policy which, apart from covering the life of the insured, helps the policyholder save regularly over a specific period of time so that he/she is able to get a lump sum amount on the policy maturity in case he/she survives the policy term. In fact it should be part of your overall plan for long term save savings.
